FLOWBORN

The Peaceful Fist

"They don't know where they learned any of this. But the moment a fight starts — their body moves."

FULL RUNTIME · ~4:10

Hook & Identity

"They walked out of Jixia Academy with no memory of how they learned to fight — and no idea what they're capable of. Doesn't matter. The moment a teammate needs covering, their body moves on its own. They don't need to understand the flow inside them. They just need to feel it — and trust it. Whether you're anchoring the solo lane or roaming as a support, the approach is the same — feel the Flow, and protect what matters. In this guide, I'll show you how to read the rhythm, chain the controls, and turn Flowborn into the Peaceful Fist."

Skill Showcase

"Flowborn's kit is built around one resource and one idea: build up, then unleash.

Passive — Flow of the World

At the base, Flowborn selects a weapon: Vitality for HP and defenses, Piercing Heart for HP and physical attack, Haste for HP and movement speed, Focus for HP and cooldown reduction. Spend one Flow stack on an enhanced basic — bonus physical damage and HP recovery, both scaling with max HP.

Skill 1 — Convergence

Channels the Flow — halving other skills' cooldowns, gaining up to 9 stacks, and recovering HP. Nearby teammates and every two minions add an extra stack and more healing. Knocks back enemies in the inner radius. Pop it near your wave or your team and you come out fully loaded.

Skill 2 — Power From Within

Charges at a locked-on target, knocking back units in the path, slashes for physical damage, and gains a shield for 3 seconds. Chain it on the same target and the crowd control escalates: second cast launches briefly, third launches longer. Spend 4 Flow stacks to reset the cooldown instantly. Locks onto targets through walls — useful for chasing or escaping.

Ultimate — All In

Leaps to a target location, knocks back enemies, deals physical damage with 50% bonus at the center. Spend 5 Flow stacks to land a second time. Queue any skill as you cast it and it fires on landing — Convergence skips its pre-animation, giving instant crowd control the frame you touch down."

Core Resource & Combo

"Here's how it all ties together. Convergence fills your Flow — ideally near your wave or teammates to hit the 9-stack cap. Hold those stacks until you're ready to spend them in one burst: Power From Within three times, All In twice, or a chain of enhanced basics for sustained damage and healing.

Weapon choice shapes each game. Piercing Heart for lane dominance — enhanced basics become a genuine threat. Haste to roam — covers the movement gap your kit can't solve alone. Vitality against heavy burst — the double-resistance keeps you standing.

Enhancement effects are your late-game flex. Winning? Enhanced Damage closes the game faster. Losing? Enhanced Defense buys your carries more room.

Skill priority: Ultimate first, then Skill 2. Leave Convergence last — its cooldown reduction is fixed and always available at base level.

Spells: Flash is standard — tower-dive combos and bail-outs. Enfeeble for lane bullying; Execute when you want to finish carries yourself."

Advanced Mechanics — Offense, Defense & Combos

Offensive Rhythm

The basic lane combo: Convergence, two Power From Withins, enhanced basic — one, two, two, charged hit. Lethal on any hero without a dash.

In teamfights, open with Convergence, queue All In so it lands with instant crowd control, lock onto their carry with Power From Within, weave in enhanced basics, then spend remaining Flow on a second All In. The sequence: One, Ult, Two, enhanced basics, second Ult.

For tower-dives and wall plays: both Power From Within and All In pass through most terrain. Open with All In plus Flash to land behind a tower target, Convergence to recharge, then double Power From Within to knock them clear. Aim at a wall, watch for the blue landing-light on the other side — if none appears, the wall is impassable.

Defensive Rhythm

Flowborn's weakness is movement speed — they can be kited. Never open Power From Within at max range; wait until the enemy is close — the knockback travels much farther at point-blank. Keep Convergence ready to halve cooldowns in a lull, and use wall-passage as an escape: Power From Within through the nearest wall hands you a shield and distance in the same cast.

In the support role: knock the diver off your carry first, chain Power From Within to keep them away, then worry about yourself."

Best Teammates & Tough Matchups

"Flowborn covers the movement speed weakness with the right partners. Sun Bin's recovery lets Flowborn soak more punishment and stay in fights longer. Da Qiao's repositioning keeps them healthy enough to front-line. Speed-boost allies make the Haste weapon even more decisive.

Best targets: heroes without a dash — once Flowborn locks on and chains skills, they have nowhere to go. Hou Yi is the textbook example.

Tough matchups: Lady Zhen stacks crowd controls faster than Flowborn can respond. Lu Bu's enchantment deals true-damage burst that cuts through tank stats. Against either, farm Flow near the wave, stay close to your carry, and let the fight come to you."

Closing & Retention Hook

"They don't know where they learned any of this. But the moment a fight starts — their body moves. Build the Flow. Land in the middle. Chain the controls until no one can reach your carry. That's what it means to be the Peaceful Fist. And that's Flowborn. I'll see you in the next episode."

Shooting screenplay — one section per script block, same names and order. Record = what to film. Show = what must be visible. Reps = takes and setup.

A.)Hook & Identity
Record
Cold open on Flowborn standing still at the edge of a teamfight — calm, unbothered. On "their body moves on its own," cut to a full-speed All In leap crashing into the enemy backline. End on a freeze of Flowborn's splash art or hero portrait.
Show
The contrast between stillness and sudden explosive entry.
Reps
2 clean takes. Real match or practice range for the leap.
B.)Skill Showcase
Record
  • Passive — At the base menu, cycle through all four weapon options with stat tooltips visible. Then a practice-range clip of an enhanced basic landing — damage number and HP recovery tick both clearly readable.
  • Skill 1 (Convergence) — Cast near a minion wave with a teammate present. Show Flow stacks filling to 9, cooldown reduction firing on other skills, and knockback on nearby enemies. Flow bar and skill cooldown timers must stay in frame.
  • Skill 2 (Power From Within) — Three clips: (1) single charge showing knockback and shield gain; (2) back-to-back casts on the same target showing escalating launch — second brief, third longer; (3) wall-pass clip locking onto a target through terrain and arriving on the other side.
  • Ultimate (All In) — Full sequence: leap, center hit with bonus damage, knockback. Second clip of All In fired twice (5 Flow stacks for the reset). Then the skill-queue trick: cast All In, immediately tap Convergence — show it fire on landing with no pre-animation.
Show
Flow stack counter prominent in all clips. Each ability's key effect clearly readable — knockback, shield, launch durations, center vs edge damage on All In.
Reps
1–2 clean takes per ability. Practice range throughout.
C.)Core Resource & Combo
Record

Then: aim at a wall, show the blue landing-light on the other side and the through-wall arrival. Second clip: no blue light on an impassable wall, as contrast.
  • Defensive patience — side-by-side: (1) Power From Within at max range, small knockback; (2) point-blank, large knockback. Then a clip of Convergence halving cooldowns in a lull.
  • Support priority — Flowborn knocking a diver off a carry with Power From Within, chaining a second cast to keep them away. Carry survives.
Show
Flow counter and cooldowns visible in all combo clips. Blue landing-light readable on wall-pass. Knockback distance difference obvious in the side-by-side.
